We can procure any material or item and coordinate its installation. The items we offer for purchase can range from construction specialty materials (soft cost), such as tiles, and fabrics, to light fixtures, special woods and veneers. Andrés Sáenz guarantees a much better prices than contractors.

We can also purchase other items, such as furniture, artwork, accessories, window treatments, bedding, etc. We are transparent and act like an open book. The client will always pay directly to the vendors.
